Share Responses
Designed to let you share a link with collaborators who want to review potential participants or learn more about scheduled participants. It can even be used in calendar invites to automatically show collaborators a modal with more information, PII-redacted, about the participant of a single session.

Pool Attributes on the Share Page
You can include any Pool attributes on the share page in Ethnio. To add Pool attributes, make sure they exist from the the Responses >> List >> Manage Columns section first. Once Pool attributes have been added from the List view, they will automatically appear in the "Columns on Share Page" section from Responses >> Share.
Tldr; the first required step is to add pool attributes from responses > manage columns:

And please note that to share Pool attributes, an Ethnio login is required.
Edit Feedback Buttons
To gather input from collaborators for which participants might be best for your study, you can customize the feedback buttons. This will also populate to the responses page for filtering.

Getting Feedback Without Leaving Ethnio
If your team is already logged into Ethnio, they don't need the share link at all to weigh in on participants. They can give feedback straight from the Responses table.
Go to Responses > List > Manage Columns, then look under Hidden Columns for Button feedback in Ethnio and drag it into Visible Columns. Once it's added, anyone on your team can see and give feedback on participants right from the table, no share link needed.
This column is hidden by default, so if someone on your team says they can't find feedback anywhere, this is usually why. Add the column, and it'll show up.
This is a separate view of the same feedback that shows up on the Share page. However your team gives it, everyone's looking at the same set of button feedback.
Sharing from Ethnio
You can have Ethnio send an email linking to the share page. Team members and collaborators in your account will prepopulate or you can enter any email as well:
Share link
See example below with the PII masked for compliance:

You can sort by status, scheduling time, name, or email by clicking the header of any of those columns to sort.
Default sorting is set to Scheduling Time with the newest time at top, so if you have times in the future, the farthest away will be at the top. The sorting does not save per link currently, so if a viewer reloads the share page, the sorting will reset.
Scheduling Times column shows all of the times a respondent selected, until a respondent has confirmed, and then it only shows their confirmed time.
If the Share Link in the calendar event/invite is showing you a list of the participants instead of the participant information, we recommend checking the filters you've set by going to Response >> Share >> Filters:
