Unfortunately once you submit an incentives order in Ethnio, we send those funds to various payment providers and the money is spent. This means you cannot edit email addresses, amounts, re-issue, or re-direct payments after the fact. Think of it as sending money via PayPal, which is one of the many providers we use. After you click "Place order," the money is shipped off to another institution and Ethnio cannot issue any refunds.
Can a recipient change their payment method?
After a recipient has selected a payment method, unfortunately there's no way to change it. We show a verification in the redeem flow which you can edit under incentives >> redeem pages >> confirm to make this language even more clear for your recipients.

What if someone never redeems?
Our rewards never expire, so you can always re-send the email from incentives >> activity. Since we don't ever expire the rewards, we can't refund unused rewards.
