Selecting a study and turning a study on or off

Make sure you're always working on the right study in Ethnio by looking at the top right of Ethnio to see your study name in every area except Pool, which includes all study.

To turn a study on or off just click the toggle with "On" or "Off. 

And in order for people to view your study, it will have to be turned ON. There are a few different places you can turn it on and off. Turning your study on or off will never affect your confirmed participants in scheduling. 

On your ethnio study dashboard ( study › overview), rollover the blue pencil icon: 

NOTE: If you're using the timer or limiter, those will override the on or off. Read more about timer here and the limiter (automatic shut-off) here. A study also can't be switched on while the owner's user account is inactive or the account's plan or trial has lapsed — in those cases the toggle won't hold at "On" until the account is active again.
