Each Ethnio plan has different seats and roles that are included. For self-service plans (Individual, Pro), the seats and upgrades are automatically included on the Pricing page. For Enterprise plans, reach out to help@ethn.io to ask about any seat changes.

🪑 Seats determine how many people can be on your plan. Custom roles help you give the right access to the right people.

All about Roles


There are five types of seats in Ethnio, which all add up to the total available:

  1. Owner - in charge of account (there can only be one account owner).
  2. Team Member - default user with permissions that can be controlled.
  3. Admin - can edit permissions, invite users, and access invoices.
  4. Collaborator - enterprise-only and extremely limited. No pool.
  5. Translator - enterprise-only only access to centralized translations editor via SSO
