3rd Party URL Rules & Filters: use instead of qualifying questions

If you want to decide exactly who will be redirected or able to click on a 3rd Party URL when using this feature, you can set specific answers to any screener question. This is a similar concept to qualifying questions, but the benefit of using Rules & Filters is you can use any question, even open-ended like Name as a requirement to get the 3rd Party URL.

The other incredibly important point here is do not use qualifying or required questions AND required or qualifying filters for the same questions under rules, because they will cause logic conflicts. So make sure you don't have any qualifying questions and  use these instead:
