Qualifying logic versus disqualifying and default

You can turn on qualifying logic for any single and most multiple select question type in the study editor. There are also endings that correspond to the same qualified and disqualified options,

The trickiest thing about neutral answers

If you only create qualify or disqualify answers, the only endings your participants or respondents will see are those two. But, if you have neutral answers, it gets a little trickier. Keep in mind these common scenarios:

Qualified

If qualified and possibly neutral answers are selected:

Disqualified

One or more disqualifying answer, regardless of any neutral or qualified answers:

All neutral answers

Without any qualified or disqualified answers:

There are three types of answers you can setup as part of single select and multiple select questions in the Ethnio study editor. Common examples of these questions are:
