Compensation-only studies 💸

If you use Ethnio to only issue incentives, you're hopefully using compensation-only studies. It has some unique time-saving features that make it different than other study types:

• Left navigation offers one-click access to every part of the incentives flow
• Compensation plan instead of study plan
• Study metadata, targets, and participant metadata are under advanced settings and not in the left nav   
• Mode called specific countries that offers a way to add exact local currency amounts and languages for multiple countries in one order
