Specific countries mode for issuing incentives
If you'd like to lock the amounts and countries for incentive recipients up front, you can select the specific countries mode from study plan > incentives, or payment methods.
This means you'll need to have the following for each recipient:
- Country
- Amount (in local currency)
Optionally you can also specify:
- Language
- Currency
Pay flow for specific countries
One unique aspect of payment methods when you are issuing an incentives order using specific countries: we only show the payment methods according to the countries of the recipients you've added to that order.
This means the payment methods inside the pay flow might be less than you see in your study > incentives > payment methods.
