How Teams work in Ethnio
Teams help you organize work across different groups in your organization. You can assign teams to studies and budgets, then use reports and filters to track activity and spending by team.
Teams especially useful for Enterprise accounts that want to separate research work across different projects or parts of the organization.
Creating a new team
To start, head to Account > Teams > Create team. From the team detail pages you can setup your team name, and add team members and studies.
Once all your teams are setup you can select a team, which opens your team overview page for tracking recent activity, assigned studies, and budget. This provides a centralized place to monitor team .specific research work
Assigning teams to budgets
Teams can be used when setting budget permissions. When creating or editing a budget, you can choose to allow access for everyone in the account, only specific people, or only specific teams. Selecting only specific teams allows you to control which groups can use a budget to pay incentives.
Global team selector
Once you have setup your teams in Ethnio, you can use the global team selector, which will display in the top-left of your navigation as a quick way to switch between teams. Enterprise only.
