Microsoft Azure AD & ADFS SSO Configuration Guides

Microsoft has different configurations for SSO, and Ethnio supports them all: 

• ADFS, which is an STS
• Azure AD, which is an IAM (Identity and Access Management).

SAML NameID Policy

This applies for every provider – please set the value for this setting to: 

urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddress

Note the end of the above string is emailAddress – that's the important part of the setting.
