Protecting your Privacy with Email Communication in Ethnio

We know how important it is to keep your research anonymous and protect your team by not sharing any one's full name.

Ethnio is set up so that every single place where you send emails to your participants, you can protect your privacy by putting any name or email address in the world. They could come from no one, or from the research department as a whole, e.g. research@yourcompany.com.

The fields to look out for are those containing "From" and "Reply-to".
