Opinion Scale Question

If you want to have a Likert scale question for use in NPS or other situations, with either text labels or basic emoji symbols, try the beta of our new opinion scale question. Currently the scale can have 1-5 steps, and does not work with logic, filters, or graphs. But if you need to export data to Excel or CSV, it's a great option.

To use this option, go to screeners >> questions, and add the question type "Opinion Scale"

Make special note of the emoji toggle above. You can't currently upload your own emoji symbols, but there are some options for 2-3 point scales in there currently:

Please note that currently opinion scale questions don't appear in response filters, logic, or graphs.
