Checkboxes in Drill Down

If you choose to use checkboxes as your drill down, and you want respondents to get a chance to choose several different checkboxes before assessing whether or not they met your drill down criteria, they will need to click a submit button just for the checkboxes. Why, you ask? Because we don't know the order they will check the checkboxes, and what if they want to keep choosing more options after they hit the right checkboxes? It's a little weird to have that submit button, but you can customize the text, and it only shows in this one very unique scenario:
