Troubleshooting Outlook Integration

If you're running into trouble connecting Outlook to Ethnio, it may due to permission settings in Azure Active Directory (AAD). The team member's account hasn’t been assigned to the Ethnio application within Azure AD, which is something that your IT team manages 👩‍💻.

To fix this, you’ll need to go into AAD and navigate to Enterprise Applications. Once there, find Ethnio and assign the team member either directly or by adding them to a group that already has access to Ethnio 🔧. This will ensure the team member has the necessary permissions to connect to their Outlook without any issues.
