I confirmed a participant, but I didn’t get a calendar invite or details email ☹️

This can happen for a few reasons but usually there’s an integration error with Zoom or Google Meet that is preventing the session from being finalized, because it doesn’t have a location.


So there are two main steps to fix this:


1️⃣ Fix the location integration error (Zoom, Google Meet, etc)

Either add a new account or head to our troubleshooting guide for Zoom or Google Meet:


2️⃣ Update the Zoom ID or Google Meet ID

Head to any confirmed sessions, and update the Zoom ID or Google Meeting ID, then resend details. That will fix things moving forward and you won’t have to worry about it again.
