Compact invites for intercepts

If you're using web or app intercepts in Ethnio, you can specify a shorter height of the invite for app intercepts and mobile web intercepts, so it does not cover the mobile device content.

Along with reducing the copy, this will ensure that even on small viewports from mobile devices, small laptops, or embedded browsers, an Ethnio intercept will never cover up too much of your underlying content.
