Group communication: email Groups with Personalization and Email Shortcuts 📨

If you would like to select certain kind of participants within a group, but select a different role to email, you can setup both email shortcuts and then personalization for that role.

This is a bit tricky because you might have selected participants within your group to send an email in the to field, but also CC other roles.

The simplest example of how to make this clear in all parts of Ethnio is if we look at two example roles:
