Ordering details

• Segments in "All segments" is custom to each Ethnio user
• Segments in any folder are per folder, so in other words every Ethnio user will see the same order of segments inside a folder 
• The order of folders in the dropdown is alphabetical, so to make a folder appear at the top, use special characters like # Top segment or - "Top segment" or "! Top"
