I sent my wire/ACH for incentives. Why hasn't it shown up yet?

If you're using invoices to pay for incentives in Ethnio, you might have received a receipt from your bank showing the funds have been sent to Ethnio. That's a really good sign.


Banks have ACH/wire holds for security

The first thing you should know about bank transfers via ACH/wire is that they can be subject to security review by your bank or our bank for many reasons. This means you can see a receipt on your side that the funds have been sent to Ethnio, but they may not appear in our bank account for 2-10 additional business days.


What can be done to speed up deposits?

This is between banks, so unfortunately totally out of Ethnio's control. For our Enterprise customers, we offer prefunding specifically to eliminate the need for fast invoice payments.
