Distributions & Templates

There are email templates in Pool but each distribution does not save any content. 

That means the only way to edit an email in Pool is to edit a template, which means as a best practice always click the continue button in a distribution to make extra sure your template has been updated (see below). This can lead to a lot of confusion because Step 4: Editor says "Auto Saved" at the top left, but in some cases the actual template won't be updated if you start a distribution and happen to switch to another tab or forget about it for a while (we do this a lot).

After you've sent a Pool distribution, you can sort, filter, and delete old drafts from Pool >> Distributions. Similarly, for any email template in Pool, you can sort, filter, and rename from Pool >> Templates, as well as create a new template from scratch.
