Yellow highlighted translations fields that need updating

If you're using localization/translations inside a study, you will automatically see  which fields in translated languages don't match the default language. Let's use an example:

1. Default language to English US
2. French and Spanish are added as two translated languages
3. All 400 fields are automatically translated
4. Now you go back and change one question in English US
5. That same question will show as two out of sync fields (1 in French and 1 in Spanish)

It's easy to fix, just update the translations in any fields with sync warnings.
