Process to refund unused invoice funds for incentives

If you've created an invoice to pay for incentives in Ethnio, they are always 100% refundable. Simply email help@ethn.io or use the in-app help message to request a refund.

✅ Make sure to provide ACH/Wire information for the refund 

✅ Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund

✅ The invoice will no longer be available to use once the refund is initiated
