Bypass Pool Rules

If you've activated any Pool Rules, you can allow your team to Bypass some of those rules in certain situations.

Getting Started

The way you allow Bypass is in two places:

1. Individual Pool Rules – the account owner or admins can allow Bypass for scheduling and/or Pool email distributions.
2. Screeners > Overview – select the... menu on any screener to access Bypass Settings. This way only certain screeners can allow Bypass, after the individual Pool Rules have Bypass enabled

Once you have Bypass enabled for a Rule and a Screener, you'll see a Bypass icon turned on for any participant that qualifies for Bypass:

Keep in mind each participant can vary if they are blocked by Rules that don't have Bypass turned on. In this example,

You can also take care of bulk scheduling actions from Responses, and one or more participants that are eligible for Bypass will allow you invite, manually schedule, or session invite if you're using Multi Session Mode
