Can Participants using Outlook receive calendar invites from Ethnio?

Yes, they can.

Even though we use Google to create calendar invites (AKA events), participants and collaborators can use any calendar in the world to receive those invites. The most common ones that we've tested are:

• Outlook (all flavors - exchange, 365, outlook.com, etc)
• iCal
• Google Calendar, obvs

Keep in mind that some calendar platforms may also show the calendar event as an email with an accept/decline/maybe button in addition to the above actual calendar event. The email will also use the content you defined in calendar invites, and is generated by Google, not Ethnio. 

The calendar emails also have a reply-to that may be different than what you setup in Ethnio scheduling emails. More on replies to calendar events here ➡️
