Required links in incentive and scheduling emails

For certain emails in Ethnio, you have to have a link present in order for the emails to go out properly. You may have landed here after receiving a red error while editing an email in Ethnio.

Why can't you edit redeem link text? Email clients & security.

There are many IT departments and organizations that block emails with links that might appear to be phishing. Hiding the link behind link text increases the changes that's blocked.

For your recipients and participants, it gives them the highest change of having a clickable link to show the full URL
