Call Participant Phone Numbers

Instead of dialing a participant manually, you can call them right from Responses using your computer mic and speakers. We use Twilio to power this, which means you'll need to use Chrome, Firefox, Safari,  and most modern browsers. 

Please keep in mind, not all phone numbers globally will work with this feature. Each carrier and country has unique rules that change frequently and without notice. From the United States, it should be close to 100% of numbers, but because Twilio is a US-based provider, other countries around the world may contain carrier that block Ethnio calls and SMS messages from the platform.
