Rescheduling window: when participants are allowed to reschedule

You can choose how close to a confirmed research session your participants are allowed to reschedule (read about rescheduling in general here). Ethnio has various places where your participants might be able to pick a new time if their confirmed time no longer works, but this setting helps you restrict when they are allowed to reschedule, measure in time before your confirmed interview time:

Head to scheduling >> settings and scroll down to find the setting. Please note that if you initiate a reschedule request, it will ignore this window. This way you always have the power to reschedule, but participants can't surprise you with a last-minute reschedule if you don't want them to:
