If you'd like to investigate every event that any single respondent has gone through in the scheduling workflow, you can view their status history from two places. This will include if they've been invited, confirmed, cancelled, completed, and every other type of status. It's great for troubleshooting scheduling mixups. It will also show if you or someone from your team has cancelled a session or if it was the participant.

1. Scheduling >> Calendar >> Confirmed Participant

2. Responses >> Click a Status >> History.  On the responses page, click the actual status, like "new" or "invited," then click Status History:

3. Scheduling >> Calendar >> Any open interview spot with potential participants. Click on any interview spot with one or more responses, and you'll see a View Status History link.
