Scheduling Quick Settings: Quick Confirm vs Invite

If you're scheduling participants, you may want to invite participants before confirming. This is a toggle from scheduling > quick settings, and will make invite the primary action in both calendar and responses for scheduling participants.

Why turn this on? Invite first.

This is the default setting, and is traditionally how Ethnio has worked. It creates a distinct step where you need to have each participant confirm the single time they are invited to. 

Why turn this off? Skip the invite.

In cases where you are sending calendar invites or communicating directly with potential participants, and you want to simply skip straight to confirming times for participants, you can just click confirm as the primary action. You will still find any of the times they've chosen on scheduling >> calendar or responses.
