Why Can't I Schedule a Candidate/Respondent with No Email/Phone?
If you want to invite or manually confirm a respondent that is missing their email and/or phone number, Ethnio can't let you do that, because it breaks our emailing/texting mechanism.
Let's say you already have talked to this person, and just want to get them in the system, the fastest workaround is to fill out the screener again on their behalf with their email/phone, and pick the time you know works for them, then manually confirm their new response with the proper contact info
Steps to fix this 🔨
If you happen to know this candidate/respondent's correct email, simply fill the screener out again on their behalf with the correct email and then schedule them.
