View consent activity, emails, and signed PDFs 📈

The Consent activity page gives you a history of completed consent forms and related activity in one place. You can find a participant’s consent, review emails that were sent, open or download consent records, and export activity when needed.  Go to Home › Consent › Activity to get started.

Use the search field in the upper-right corner to find consent activity by email address.

Each row includes details such as:

  • Participant name and email
  • Study name
  • Consent type
  • Last modified date
  • Expiration date, when applicable

This makes it easy to track down the consent record associated with a specific participant or study.

Some consent records can be expanded to show related activity underneath the main row.

For example, you may see when a consent email was sent, along with the recipient and study it was associated with.

Select View on an activity item to open the related details.

Select PDF in the Actions column to open or download a PDF copy of a participant’s completed consent form.

The PDF provides a record of the consent that was collected for that participant.

If a consent has an expiration date, it appears in the Expires at column.

This can be useful for identifying consent that may need to be collected again after a certain date.

Select Export in the upper-right corner to export your consent activity for reporting or record keeping. Use the export when you need to work with consent records outside of Ethnio or keep a separate archive of your activity. Does not include PDFs, as that would require a different format.
