AI Answers in your Ethnio account ✨

When you’re logged in to Ethnio, you can use Ethnio AI to quickly ask questions and get help directly from your account.

Ethnio AI can never access PII in your account of any kind.

Click the ? icon in the top-right corner of your Ethnio account.
Select Ask Ethnio AI.
Type your question and Ethnio AI will provide an answer based on Ethnio resources and product documentation.

You can ask about anything from setting up a study or scheduling participants to using Pool, Incentives, Intercepts, and more.

Your participant data and other sensitive account information are not available to the AI.

If Ethnio AI can’t answer your question, you can always reach out to the Ethnio support team for help by clicking Send us a message.
