How are participant ratings calculated?
These are the components that go into a participant rating, and the weighting for each type of input. The idea is that if you ask stakeholders or facilitators or anyone observing participants for their ratings, those should be the most important type of ratings, then attendance, and then tech checks if you do that.
- Questions ratings that humans answer = full weight (1) of combined answer score across all questions
- Tech checks = .25
- Attendance = .50
