Wondering if you can add a question that lets participants upload a file? Here's what's supported.

Images: yes 🖼️

There's an Image upload question type. Add the Image upload question in the study editor to let participants upload an image as part of your screener or survey.

PDFs and other files: not right now 📄

There's no PDF or document upload question type. Participants can upload an image, but not a PDF or other file.

Need a signed document? Use consent ✍️

Ethnio generates a signed PDF from consent automatically. If your goal is a signed form or agreement, set up consent instead of a file upload, and Ethnio creates and stores the signed PDF for you.
