Add a view-only collaborator 👀

Want to give someone access to see a study's results, such as responses and scheduling, without letting them change anything? Invite them as a view-only collaborator.

Invite them from Account >> People 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

An account owner or admin adds the person and sets their permissions. Only owners and admins can invite people to the account and control what they can see.

Set the study to View, not Edit 👁️

Give view-only access per study. Click the person from Account >> People, then Edit Permissions >> Study Permissions. Each study has its own View and Edit checkboxes, so check View on the study you want them to see and leave Edit unchecked.

What view-only shows 📋

They can see the results but can't make changes. Inside a view-only study they'll still see Study overview, Study plan, Responses, and Scheduling, so they can review responses and scheduling, with editing turned off.

Hide participant PII (optional) 🙈

Turn on Restricted PII for view-only studies to mask personal info. With it on, view-only collaborators can view scheduling and responses with participant PII hidden.
