Switching from Multi-Session Mode to a rolling sign-up 🔁

Running a study in Multi-Session Mode (MSM) but want participants to book on a rolling basis instead? Here's what to know.

Turning off MSM on an active study 🔻

Disabling MSM won't delete any existing confirmed or completed sessions. Emails and confirmed calendar invites you've already sent aren't affected. Going forward, participants get the regular scheduling invites instead of the MSM session invites (from Scheduling >> Emails).

Share a general booking link 🔗

You can share a general sign-up link whether or not MSM is on. Your study link lets participants self-book into any open slot. You can also use Invite to Schedule (Responses >> select the participant >> Invite to Schedule) to email someone a link to pick a time.

Set up rolling times 🔄

Rolling times keep your calendar open on a continuous basis. For a continuous study, they keep slots available without manually extending your calendar. Here's how to set up rolling times.
