Fast Mode: how many times should participants pick? ⚡

Running Fast Mode and not sure whether to offer one time or several? Here's our recommendation.

Offer one time 1️⃣

We recommend having participants select a single time. In Fast Mode, Ethnio automatically invites whoever picks an available time you've defined. Keeping it to one time per participant keeps confirmations clean and makes it clear which slot they're booked into.

Where to set this ⚙️

Set the number of times from Scheduling >> Settings >> Picking Times.

Invite first, or confirm right away ✅

The "Invite before confirming" toggle controls what happens when a participant picks a time. Find it in Scheduling >> Quick Settings (the gear icon on the calendar). Leave it on for an invite step so you can review and confirm each participant, or turn it off to skip straight to confirming the times participants pick.
