Sending consent to participants who are already confirmed ✍️
Consent in Ethnio is normally collected during scheduling, before someone confirms. Here's how that works and how to get consent to people who are already confirmed.
How consent normally works 📋
Participants complete required consent before they confirm. Set up your consent form from Home >> Consent. In your study, go to Scheduling >> Pages and toggle on Require Consent from Participants, then pick your consent page. This requires Invite before confirming, which you enable from Scheduling >> Quick Settings.
Getting consent to already-confirmed participants ✅
Send consent through the study link or your e-sign tool.
- Using the study editor, drag a central consent form into the study. This can save signed consent.
- Or send a signing link from your own e-sign tool such as DocuSign before the session.
