Editing and deleting rating questions ⚠️

For account owners and admins, you can change the wording of rating questions and delete ratings questions, and that will apply to all current and future studies automatically. But there are two scenarios for doing that:

Existing ratings ⚠️

Across all studies in your account, if participants have already received ratings from one or more studies with the existing wording that you're looking to edit or delete, there are two choices for how you'd like to handle things:

• Keep prior ratings - if you're keeping the same meaning of the rating question, but fixing a typo or slight polish, you can keep all the existing ratings.
• Delete prior ratings - if you delete the entire question or change the intent/meaning of the question, it's better to delete the prior ratings because the new answers will invalidate your data.

No existing ratings ✅

This is much easier. You can edit or delete a rating question that's never been used with zero consequences across your account and all participants.
