Not including incentives in your study and blank incentive amount personalization

From study plan > key elements, if you uncheck incentives, there will be no compensation for your study. This is perfect for studies that don't include incentives.

Remove the incentive amount personalization

Keep in mind there might be {Incentive amount} personalization referencing incentive amount in communication to participants. It looks like this:

Double-check the following places to verify there's no {Incentive amount} personalization

• Scheduling emails and reminders
• Study invites
• Pool emails with this study selected

Scheduling emails with incentives turned off

Even if you forget to remove incentive amount from scheduling emails, no incentives will be promised to participants as long as incentives are turned off in the study plan above. It will just look like this:

Simply check the box on incentives from study plan > key elements, and then head to study plan > incentives to setup the details.
