Why You Might See a Qualtrics Integration Error

If you’re seeing a Qualtrics integration error in Ethnio, it’s usually related to permissions or authentication changes on the Qualtrics side 🔐. Sometimes these changes happen behind the scenes and can cause Ethnio to temporarily lose access.

In most cases, the quickest fix is to fully disconnect Qualtrics from Integrations, then reconnect and reauthorize it 🔄. This resets the connection and typically clears the error right away.

Even while an integration error is showing, participants can still access your Qualtrics surveys through Pool emails, Study Invites, or redirect links.
