Editing participant emails, bounced tags, or opted out status ✏️

Phew, long title there, but simple scenario: when a participant email bounces back, or you know there was a type, it's easy to fix or add additional emails from Pool (Enterprise Only). If you fix it, there are two ways to make sure they are allowed to be emailed moving forward:


Editing Participant emails

Head to Pool and search for the participant you'd like to edit. Then rollover their primary email and click the edit button:

Removing the bounced tag

If your account owner has set bounced email behavior for Pool to add the system tag "Bounced" instead of opting out bounced emails, you can fix it by editing the email of a participant from Pool:


Removing opt out status

This one is easy, simply click opt in button at the top of their Pool participant profile:
