Why isn’t my weekend availability showing on the calendar? 🗓️✨

If you've added interview spots to a weekend day like Saturday in Ethnio, but it's not showing up in your current calendar view, don’t worry, this is usually a quick fix! 🙌

Most common reason: view weekends is off

Head to calendar › quick settings › view weekends.  Make sure that is turned on, and you will now see weekends. You can find quick settings under the gear icon on the top right of calendar.

Fairly rare: timezone mismatch

Another reason could be a timezone mismatch between your calendar settings and participants that have picked times. For example, if your calendar is set to the New Delhi timezone, but a participant or you is viewing the scheduling question in your screener in Pacific Time (PST), Ethnio may not display Saturday as available. That’s because your available times are being converted based on the preview timezone.

To fix this:

👉 Head to study › preview from the study bar and click the eye icon on the top right. From preview, go to the scheduling question

👉 Change the timezone to match the one you set in your calendar (e.g., New Delhi).

👉 You should now see your weekend availability appear correctly! 🎉
