Why the Button Link in Your Pool Email Might Not Work

If you’ve sent yourself a test email from Pool and clicked the invite button or link — only to land on an error page — don’t worry, there’s a simple fix 👍.

The most common reason this happens is because your account doesn’t yet have a “default brand” assigned. Without it, the button may lead to a broken page, even if the study is live and working fine.

To fix this, go to Home >> Brands, and set your company brand as default . Once saved, links/buttons in Pool emails will now go to the correct screener.
