Reports attributes

Setting up reports can be really tricky because of all the metrics we track. Here are the main components inside a report:

• Report type
• Metrics
• Date range - this is almost by date created which will apply to the study created date within the period you select. For by activity all the activities inside a study which be almost all your studies, because there could be all sorts of activities within the date range.
• Team members

Date range: almost always set this to by date created

By activity

For example, if you select Q1 2025 and you had participants that were completed just outside that date range, they will not show up in your report.

By date range

As long as the study was created within Q1 2025, it doesn't matter when the interviews were complete, they will be in your report.
