Why Your Screener Preview Isn't Working and How to Fix It

If you’re trying to preview your screener and you see an error message when you click “Continue” from the welcome page, it usually means there’s no brand selected for your study. When a brand isn’t assigned, the preview can break and the screener won’t load properly after the welcome page.

To fix this, head to the Design tab in your screener and select a brand. Once that’s set, the preview should work normally. If you don’t have access to the brand settings, someone on your team with admin or owner access will need to make that update.
