Why Does My Screener Say “Off” When It’s Still Getting Responses?

If your screener looks active—maybe you're seeing recent responses—but the status says “Off” in red, here’s what could be going on.

When your screener reaches the number of responses you set in the Limiter, it will automatically switch to “Off,” even if the final response was just accepted. That means the system is working as expected, even though it might seem confusing at first glance.

Example:

• Limiter is set to 375.
• You now see 376 responses.
• Status shows “Off” because the limit has been reached.

What can you do?

If you'd like to continue collecting responses, just increase your limiter again. The status should update and show as “On” once there’s room for more responses.
