Each Ethnio plan has different seats and roles that are included. For self-service plans (Starter, Big, Plus), the seats and upgrades are automatically included on the Pricing page. For Enterprise plans, reach out to your account representative or email@example.com to ask about any seat changes.
There are four types of seats in Ethnio, which all add up to the total available:
- Owner - in charge of account (there can only be one account owner).
- Team Member - default user with permissions that can be controlled.
- Admin - can edit permissions, invite users, and access invoices.
- Collaborator - enterprise-only and extremely limited. No pool.
