For a high score, this also requires that your email distributions have low bounces, with high open rates, and clicks. So make sure your email content is planned out and clear.

As with most analytic tools, engagement is measured largely by how a participant interacts with your email distribution. So make sure to create obvious and distinct calls-to-action (CTA) in all the emails you send. Don't simply hide CTAs in hyperlinks, instead try to use large buttons that are unmistakably the action you want a reader to take.
