When you submit a bug or ethnio flaw to help@ethn.io, we try to verify and address any issues within 24 hours, most often resolving issues within 1-2 hours. Enterprise and higher plans also qualify for phone support at (888) 879-7439.

We use Zendesk to track and manage all inbound support requests.
